The Content And Document Based Validation Of The Narration Of
Imam Ali (P.B.U.H) Argument With TheProphet(P.B.U.T)

According to the content of a narration_ witch was narrated by Ibn Shahab Zohri_,Imam Ali
(P.B.U.H) argued with the Prophet (P.B.U.H) about waking him up to the night prayer and he
hurt the Prophet (P.B.U.H) by the reason of necessity to justify the success in night worship.
This context_ witch cited in Sunni’s ancient hadith communities_ also appeared in some
recent hadith books of Shia. According to the Shiite theological foundations_ in addition to
incompatibility with the character of the Imam (P.B.U.H) _ the content of this narration also
propagates a kind of tendency tothe idea of necessity. This article evaluates documentation
and signification of the narration by hadith criticism method.
