Responding to the desire of reform
Not many regimes overcome the ego of power and partly respond to the desire of reform before the situation blows up. And before it becomes difficult or impossible to control things in order to break the acute tension, and ease the boiling situation to give the homeland some rest in the shadow of a relatively calm situation.
Rationale, interest, rest and what the wise and loyal wish, is to go for the inclusive reform option, and not the lethal arms option. They wish an initiative of satisfying reform would be taken, in place of the continuing killing that angers the people until things go out of control and all opportunities for agreement and solution that brings the two sides together are blocked.
We are talking about genuine reform not a deceptive one, an inclusive reform not a partial one, a radical reform not a superficial one. Because, firstly, it is a right, and secondly, for any nation to long rest, and for its environment to be appropriate for understandings in any dispute, reform is inevitable and cannot be replaced with another option.
