Did it improve the Authoritys image in the international media? No, it revealed more ugliness of oppression and how the Authority is separated from its people.

Did they convince anyone in the country that there is a state of stability? How could that be when they had turned the country into a place of battle? Tanks, armored vehicles, helicopters and checkpoints were spread around the country. Education was suspended in some sensitive locations. There was a high security alert.

Have the crises ended? No, on the contrary the security crisis has escalated, and we were living the so- called National Safety Law again, with the same level of checkpoints, mass home raids, surrounding of residential areas, the spread of terror and mass arrests. Have the people embraced the authority? The reality of the Governments act widens and deepens of the gap.

Did they buy the peoples satisfaction? No, their acts only increased the peoples anger. Did they ensure stability and consistency?

Violence does not ensure this.

Violence does not create stability; it does not result in anything but violence.

We are afraid that all our honest calls and emphasizing on peacefulness may fail because of the Authoritys violence, which targets the peacefulness. This violence is not justified by religion, law or any civilized norm.

Can anything be more basic than the complain of injustice and the demand for freedom and retrieval of rights? What do the peaceful protests and gatherings mean other than this?
