Nonetheless, if the prisons are emptied with the political situation remaining as it is, there will be no solution to the crisis, as long as there is no political reform by which the peoples just demands are fulfilled.

Solution comes through inclusive reform, and its base is, precisely, political reform. There cannot be political reform without an agreed upon constitution with fair electoral districts, a full- power representatives council that comes through elections guaranteed of integrity, an elected government, an independent judiciary and by ending naturalization and all types of discrimination and division.

The disruption of reform is a gibbet to the homeland and a disastrous end

This people can no longer tolerate any delay for reform, and the continuation of corruption, mutilating, setback and deterioration. Delaying the former with the continuation of the latter is a gibbet to the homeland and a disastrous end we must all prevent. The responsibility lies on those calling to delay reform and not those calling for reform to be accelerated and put into action.

The people feel and are aware that it has become necessary for reform to take place. The people want the situation to change. They want broad reform to continue genuinely with a strong base of political reform and a fair constitution of the people, and that addresses the source of corruption and problems through its clear principles and terms.
