the prayers being broken, he should take off that dress. And if his
private parts are not covered by something else or he cannot take off
the usurped dress immediately or the continuity of the prayers is not
maintained if he takes it off, and in case he has also one rakats
(units) time, he should break the prayers and should offer prayers with a
dress which has not been usurped. And if he does not have so much time,
he should take o~f the dress in the state of prayers, and complete the
prayers according to the orders applicable to the prayers of the naked.
٨٢٧. If a person offers prayers with a usurped
dress to safe- guard his life or, for example to save the dress from a
thief his prayers is in order.
٨٢٨.If a person purchases a dress with money
whose khums has not been paid by him, offering prayers in that dress is
govered by the same orders which apply to offering prayers ina dress
which has been usurped.
٨٢٩. The dress of the person who offers prayers
should not have been prepared with the parts of the dead body of an
animal whose blood gushes when its great arteryis cut. And the
obligatory precaution is that even if the dress has been prepared with
the parts of the dead body of an animal whose blood does not gush (for
example fish orsnake) it should not be used while offering prayers.
٨٣٠. If the person, who offers prayers, has with
him something of a dead body which contains like e.g. its flesh and
skin - it is not unlikely that his prayers isin order.
٨٣١. If the person who offers prayers has with
him something of the dead body, whose meat is lawful to eat, and which
does not contain like. e.g. its hair and woolor he offers prayers with a
dress which has been prepared with these things, his prayers is in
order.
