· Nobility of character and good temper are of great significance in attracting people. The opposite definitely make people run away from him. The following Verse from the Noble Quran is a proof to this:

(It was by the mercy of Allah that thou wast lenient with them, for if thou hadst been stern and fierce of heart, they would have dispersed from round about thee. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them and consult with them upon the conduct of affairs. And when thou art resolved, then put thy trust in Allah. Lo Allah loveth those who put their trust in Him)_٣;١٥٩.

· Being fully sane and mentally sound has also a significant role in leading and guiding people.

· Good reputation and good breeding is of great assistance.
