Conditions of Necessity of Hajj

Article ١- Hajj is obligatory by having all following condition once in a lifetime.

١- Being Adult

٢- Being Sane

٣- Another obligatory duty that is more important than Hajj not being renounced or a Haraam( prohibited )act that has more importance in religion not being performed, by performing Hajj.

٤- Having the ability to perform Hajj that gains by some conditions:

١- Having provisions of the journey and all the things that a person needs like the cost of travel and like that.

٢- Having the permission of travel and nonexistence of any obstacle in the way and nonexistence of fear of life, assets or honor.

٣- Having physical abilities for performing the acts of Hajj.

٤- Having enough time for reaching Mecca and performing the acts.

٥- Having enough saving for paying the costs of living of family and any other person whom pilgrim is in charge of him during Hajj.

٦- Having a job or business that pilgrim can live the life by that after returning from Hajj.
