The acts which are Mustahab in the Ihram of Umrah are also Mustahab in the Ihram of Hajj and when a person wears Ihram and comes our of Mecca goes to the high places around Mecca and says Labbayk with loud voice and when notices Mena says that:

اللّهُمَّ إيّاكَ أرجو و إيّاكَ أدْعُو فَبَلِّغْني أملي وَ أصلحْ لي عَمَلِي‌

. And continues the way with the gentle heart and body praising Allah and when reaches Mena says that:

الْحَمْدُلِلّهِ الَّذي اقْدَمَنِيها صالِحاً فِي عافِيَة وَ بَلَّغَنِي هذَا الْمَكانَ‌

:" and then says"

اللّهُمَّ هذِهِ مِنى وَ هِىَ مِمّا مَنَنْتَ بِهِ عَلَيْنا مِنَ الْمَناسِكِ، فَأَسْئَلُكَ انْ تَمُنَّ عَلَىَّ بِما مَنَنْتَ عَلى أنْبِيآئِكَ، فَإنَّما انَا عَبْدُكَ وَ فِي قَبْضَتِك‌

. And if it is possible it is better than pilgrim stays the night of Arafa in Mena and performs worshiping Allah and it is better to perform worships and prayers in al- Khaif Mosque and says Taqibat( followings of the prayer )after the dawn prayer until sunset and then goes to Arafat, and if he/ she wanted to go after the sunset there is no problem, but the tradition also better is that passes Wadi Mohassar before complete sunset and going before the morning is Makrooh, except because of a necessity or fear of congestion of the crowds and recites this prayer when he/ she goes to Arafat:

اللّهُمَّ الَيْكَ صَمَدْتُ وَ ايّاكَ اعْتَمَدْتُ وَ وَجْهَكَ ارَدْتُ اسْئَلُكَ انْ تُبارِكَ لى فى رِحْلَتى وَ انْ تَقْضِىَ لي حاجَتى وَ انْ تَجْعلَنى مِمَّنْ تُباهى بِهِ الْيَوْمَ مَنْ هُوَ افْضَلُ مِنّي‌

. And repeats Labbayk until reaching Arafat.

Albeit, performing lots of these Mustahab acts is hard nowadays and the pilgrim can perform them as much as he/ she can, and if he/ she has the intention of performing all of them, Allah will give him/ her the benefits and blessings; Allah willing.
