(can be seen in any place of Mecca and Medina and stations of Hajj, and presence of great Islamic scientists from all countries, consisting of great religious scholars and masters of other fields and orators of writers who are attending to Hajj every year gives good opportunity for trading information and knowledge in all religious and scientific fields to all Muslims of the world, and moreover a good knowledge about the conditions of Muslims can be achieved in that situation and if this act can be planned its great effects appear in the world of Islam every year.
