لقد دأب المعارضون للاسلام على بث الشبهات و اثارة تساؤلات من قبيل: ما هي فلسفة تعدد زوجات النبي؟ لماذا تخطى النبي العدد الذي حدده الشرع و الذي اجاز الزواج باربعة؟ هل ان زواج النبي بهذا العدد من النساء يتناسب مع مالديه من مسؤوليات جسام و رسالة عظيمة؟ ألم يكن زواج النبي(ص) من هذا العدد من النساء بدافع الشهوة و هوى النفس؟
لقد حاول المفكرون الغربيون ترسيخ فكرة كون العامل الرئيسي وراء تعدد زوجات النبي(ص) هو الاهواء الشخصية. يقول كوستاف لوبون في كتابه حضارة الاسلام و العرب: من اراد ان ينتقد النبي(ص) يكفيه ان يتطرق الى موضوع حبّ النبي الشديد للنساء.
تحاول المقالة و من خلال بحثها لفلسفة و اسباب تعدد زوجات النبي(ص) و الاهداف السامية و المقدّسة وراء ذلک اثبات بطلان مثل هذه المزاعم كما تقدم نبذة عن شخصية النبي(ص) الحقيقية.

تكشف لنا سيرة المعصومين : بانهم كانوا اذا ارادوا هداية الناس و دعوة اعداء الاسلام الى اتباع الدين الحق خاطبونهم في البداية بلغة المنطق و عملوا على توفير مناخ مناسب للحوار معهم من خلال ازالة حواجز عدم الثقة بينهم و بين اعداء الاسلام تمهيدآ لابلاغهم الرسالة التي يحملها جند الاسلام.
و بعد سماع نداء الحق غيّرَ عددٌ من الاعداء موقفه و أوقف نشاطه المعادي للاسلام و عادَ الى احضان الاسلام و لكن عددآ آخر من الذين لم يدخل الايمان في قلوبهم بقوا على ما هم عليه و كانوا بحاجة الى من يقدم لهم النصح و الارشاد بصورة مباشرة و وجهآ لوجه. و بناء على ذلک بذل اهل بيت العصمة : غاية المجهود في ارشاد الذين كانت لهم مواقف معادية تجاههم و تجاه دين اللّه فتعاملوا معهم بالتي هي احسن و دعوهم الى اعتناق الاسلام. و نتيجة للجهود التي بذلها اهل‌البيت : بهذا الشأن التحق عدد من الذين لم تشملهم بركة الهداية بصفوف المسلمين. و اما من رغب عن الحق و اعرض عنه و تمادى في اصراره و استكباره فقد بقي محرومآ من نعمة الهداية.
لقد جعل الائمّة المعصومين : هداية الناس اسمى هدفآ لهم و بذلوا كل ما في و سعهم لتحقيقه.

من اهم الحركات التي ظهرت في صدر الاسلام حركات اهل النفاق. لقد حاولت تلک الحركات بطرق مختلفة ـ كعمليات التخريب و التأمر و اثارة الفتن ـ النيل من المؤسسة الاسلامية الفتيّة و لهذا فقد كانت تلک الحركات مصدر قلق للنبي ٩. ان حركات اهل النفاق ليست ظاهرة خاصة بعصر صدر الاسلام فحسب لكنها خطر يهدد كل مجتمع ثوري فتىّ. و لذا فان الوقوف على حقيقة حركات النفاق في عصر صدر الاسلام يُعتبر بالنسبة للمسلمين و المجتمعات الاسلامية من مواضيع الساعة، اذ يمكن من خلال التعرف على هذه الظاهرة تحديد الطرق المطلوب استخدامها في التصدي لحركات اهل النفاق في عالمنا الاسلامي المعاصر.
يتعرض كاتب المقالة و في ضوء ماجاء في القرآن الكريم و المصادر التأريخية و كتب الحديث الى اسباب و عوامل ظاهرة النفاق في المجتمع و يسلط الضوء على اهم خصائص حركة اهل النفاق في عصر الرسول (ص).

Fromamong the doubts raised by some of the opponets of Islam are: What is the philosophy of the Prophet¨s polygamous marriage? Why did the Prophet transgress the Islamic decree which allows a Muslim permanent marriage to four women?
Is it suitable for the Prophet who shouldered a heavy responsibility and message to have many wives? Was the Prophet¨s polygamous marriage not a result of strong desire for passion?
It was some western thinkers and researchers, who assumed that the Prophet¨s polygamous marriage was a result of strong desire for passion, that made such a doubtful idea take root. In his book ©The Arab and Islamic Civilization¨, Gustaf le Bonne, observes that is one wants to critize the Prophet¨s character, one can simply talk about the Prophet¨s polygamous marriage.
The present article delivers a firm rebuttal of these accusations and expounds on the philosophy of the Prophet¨s polygamous marriage and the holy objectives which the Prophet sought. Also, the author introduces an account about the Prophet¨s true character.

A study of the conduct of the Infallibles shows that when they wanted to invite the opponents of Islam to follow the right path, first they thought of preparing a good ground for dialogue by removing the causes of mistrust between the two sides, and thus encouraging the opponents to listen to the message which the Muslim forces carry.
Having heard the message of the Truth, some of them abandoned their previous hostile attitude towards the Muslims and embraced Islam, but those, whose hearts had not caught the light of guidance, and who had not been able to discern the truth did not change their stance and were in need of more advice. So, the Infallibles concentrated their efforts on advising those who showed enmity to them and to Islam and courteously inviting them to Islam.
Consequently, some of those who had adopted wrong thoughts and beliefs, discovered the truth and embraced Islam, while those who had no intention to follow the right path and who were slaves of obstinacy and haughtiness remained deprived of the divine blessing of guidance. The main concern of infallible Muslim leaders was to guide people and show them the right path, an aim which was more precious to them than any other thing.

The hypocritical movement which was very active in the early Islam, created a lot of problems to the new Islamic community and was a source of anxiety to the Prophet. The phenomenon of the hypocritical trend is not related only to the time of the Prophet but it can come out after the birth of any revolution and form a menace to the newly born community.
The acquaintance with the hypocritical movement of the early Islam is regarded one of the  
contemporary issues of the Muslim world becuase the Muslims¨ acquaintance with the various aspects of this issue helps them in their combat against the principles of the current hypocritical movement that causes serious problems to the Islamic world.
The author examines the main causes of the development of the hypocritical trend and to support his view, he introduces evidence from the Qur¨an, historical sources and narrations. He, then, points out the main features of the movement in early Islam.
